Who We Are

Marbra began in early 2023 when mum and founder Caroline Rowland set out to solve one of the most common—and overlooked—problems faced by breastfeeding women: leaking.

When Caroline returned to work while her son was just three months old and still exclusively breastfeeding, she quickly realised how unprepared the world was for the realities of motherhood. Like over 86% of women, she experienced leaking through her clothes, leading to uncomfortable and embarrassing moments. The only options available were bulky disposable nursing pads, which felt wasteful, uncomfortable, and far from stylish.

Determined to create something better, Caroline set out to design a nursing bra that combined leak-proof performance, all-day comfort, and modern style. After months of researching fabrics, testing prototypes, and refining every detail, the Marbra Everyday Leakproof Bra was born.

Why We Created Marbra

Like many breastfeeding mums, Caroline was frustrated by leaks, uncomfortable bras, and disposable pads that never stayed in place. She asked herself a simple question:

“What if a bra could do the job of pads—without the waste?”

That idea became the foundation of Marbra: a leakproof nursing bra that empowers women to feel comfortable, confident, and supported—without compromise.

Innovative Leak-Proof Design

  • Integrated absorbent layers that capture every drop—no more disposable pads.
  • Seamless, wire-free construction for a smooth silhouette and gentle support.
  • Silky-soft, stretch-for-growth fabric that moves with you through every stage of nursing.

Body-Conscious Sizing

Pregnancy and postpartum can change your size—and how you feel about your body. That’s why Marbra is introducing intuitive sizes 0–4 instead of generic S–XL.

“Our bodies do incredible things—growing new life—so we wanted a sizing system that celebrates, not diminishes, that experience,” says Caroline. “No more guessing your old size. Just pick your number and feel empowered.”

Meet the Founder

Caroline Rowland founded Marbra from her own experience as a working, breastfeeding mum.

“I was tired of juggling leaks, uncomfortable bras, and disposable pads that made me feel guilty about the waste,” says Caroline. “I created Marbra to give mums confidence and comfort—so they can focus on what truly matters: caring for their baby.”
