Marbra Returns Policies

At Marbra, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Therefore, we have developed the following returns policies for our bras:

1. Unused and Unworn Bras: We accept returns for bras that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that all tags and labels are still attached to the bra.


2. Hygiene and Safety: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for bras that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. We also cannot accept returns for bras that have a damaged or removed tag. 

3. Returns/Exchange Process: To return or exchange a bra, please contact our customer service team info@marbra.co.uk

4. Return Shipping: We include a Royal Mail return label in all of our packages. 

5. Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your returned bra and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be subject to availability.

6. Refunds and exchanges of underwear: for hygiene purposes we do not accept the return of underwear. Thank you for understanding.
